Identify strengths and growth opportunities in individuals at all levels of the organization. I bring a direct yet positive approach to coaching. I am experienced in a number of individual & group assessments including CliftonStrengths.

Measure compassion in individuals and workplace climates. Learn how compassion helps engagement, burnout, and commitment. I teach leaders how to make small, compassionate changes that have a big impact on employees and the bottom line.
